A monthly gathering designed to provide information, support, hope, and an opportunity to share experiences with like-minded individuals in Birnam.

They have speakers covering various topics and aim to collaborate with local projects and initiatives.
2nd Aug — Focuses on the theme of menopause. With a talk and a welcome from Laura Downie who will introduce group and give a talk on the theme. There will be informal chat where woman may go freely from table to table or stay at their own table. Laura will provide tea, coffee, herbal tea and water and also some snacks.
6th Sept — In conjunction with Nicky May.
4th Oct — Talk from Jill Storstein: Acupuncturist and Nutritionist.
