Walk Talk Walk is a free, friendly and supportive group designed to make physical activity and mental health support less intimidating and more accessible.
Walk Talk Walk is a weekly walk. This session begins with time to meet the other participants and greet the leader.
These supportive groups welcome and encourage everyone; they don't care about pace and nobody is left behind. It's okay if you're feeling a bit anxious or quiet. The primary focus is support, making this a safe space to share how you're really doing.
They meet at the Breadalbane Community Campus in Aberfeldy.
