Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the world. Around 4,900 women are diagnosed with breast cancer every year in Scotland. Physical activity and a healthy lifestyle can help reduce the risk of developing breast cancer, can help with side effects of breast cancer treatment and may reduce the risk of cancer returning following treatment. It also brings a host of other physical and mental health benefits.
